Rolletto VIP and cashback for the United Kingdom

Rolletto's official blog describes a VIP scheme with four levels and a weekly cashback that rises from 5% to 20%. The figures are all «up to» figures, the entry rules are not published, and the terms treat VIP withdrawals separately without giving numbers. This page reads the scheme as a contract, not as a banner.

Short answer

Rolletto VIP has four levels: Bronze pays weekly cashback of up to 5%, Silver up to 10%, Gold up to 15% with a 24/7 VIP hotline, and Platinum up to 20% with everything from Gold. Movement between levels is automatic, but the blog does not say what moves you up. The terms cap cashback winnings at 5 times the bonus. From a UK connection none of this can be claimed, because the site is closed to UK visitors.

The scheme in one table

The only description of the VIP scheme we found is on the official blog, at blog.rolletto.com. It opens from a UK connection even though the casino does not. We did not find the scheme described in the terms, which mention VIP players only in passing.

LevelWeekly cashbackExtra
BronzeUp to 5%Entry level
SilverUp to 10%None stated
GoldUp to 15%VIP hotline, 24/7
PlatinumUp to 20%Everything from Gold

Two details are worth noting. Cashback is paid weekly, not monthly, so the percentage is applied over short periods. And progress between levels is automatic: there is no application form and no manager to persuade.

What «up to» does to the numbers

Every percentage on the blog is introduced by «up to». That wording means the figure is a ceiling for the level, not a rate every player receives. Three things are missing that you would need to turn it into money.

  • The base. The blog does not say whether the percentage is taken from losses, from wagers or from something else. Without that, 20% cannot be turned into an amount.
  • The entry rule. No deposit total, wagering total or time period is given for any level.
  • The sliding scale. «Up to» suggests a range inside each level, but no range is published.

So a weekly figure of 20% does not mean 20% of anything you can calculate in advance. Read the scheme as «the top level pays more than the bottom one», which is all the blog actually says.

What the terms say about cashback

The terms and conditions, read from Ireland, are blunter than the blog. They apply a ceiling to the money you can take out of a cashback bonus: at most 5 times the bonus. By our arithmetic, a cashback credit of €20 could therefore lead to a withdrawal of at most €100. That is an illustration of the cap, not an example from Rolletto.

The same terms set the general cap on free spins, freebets and no-deposit offers at €100, and on deposit bonuses at 10 times the deposit. Cashback sits in its own, lower band, which is worth knowing before you count a weekly credit as ordinary balance. The terms give no wagering figure for cashback in the pages we read, so assume nothing and ask support in writing before you act on a credit.

VIP and withdrawal limits

The blog says a Platinum player has no fixed monthly withdrawal limit, and that any withdrawal above €5,000 triggers an extra check. The terms say that standard players are limited to €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, and that VIP limits are «different», with no amounts. The two documents also disagree about the standard limits, as the withdrawal page shows in full.

Because the terms are the document you accept when you register, a promise on the blog that the terms do not repeat is not something to plan a large withdrawal around. If a high limit is the reason you want VIP status, get it written by support before you move any money.

The VIP hotline

Gold and Platinum come with a 24/7 hotline. That is the only support hours claim we found anywhere in Rolletto's material, and it is reserved for the upper levels. Standard players have the support email and the chat, with no published hours, as described on the support page.

Other regular offers that are not tied to a level

Rolletto's promotions page lists daily free spins for logging in (10 to 250), a doubled deposit on every 50th payment and free spins for crypto deposits. None of these is described in the pages we read as a VIP benefit, so you should not assume a higher level improves them. The full list is on the promo code page.

Compared with the inactivity fee

One rule works in the opposite direction. After 60 days without a login, the terms take 20% of an account balance each month, and everything if less than 10 remains. The percentages are not comparable, because cashback is taken from an unstated base and the fee from your balance. What they do show is the direction of the scheme: Rolletto rewards a level slowly and charges for absence quickly.

UK readers

On 17 October 2026 a UK connection to rolletto.com showed «Access Restricted In Your Region». No account can be opened, no deposit made and no cashback earned from there. For leaderboard races that run alongside the VIP scheme, see the leaderboards page, and for our overall rating see the Rolletto review.

Questions about Rolletto

  • What are the Rolletto VIP levels?

Four: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. According to the official blog they pay weekly cashback of up to 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. Gold adds a 24/7 VIP hotline and Platinum adds everything from Gold.

  • How do you reach Rolletto VIP?

The blog says only that moving between levels is automatic. It does not publish the amount of play or deposits that moves a player up, so there is no number to aim for. If it matters to you, ask [email protected] and keep the answer.

  • Is Rolletto cashback fixed at 20%?

No. Every level is written as «up to», and 20% is the figure for Platinum only. Rolletto does not state the base the percentage is taken from, so even the real rate at your level is not fixed in anything we read.

  • Can I withdraw Rolletto cashback straight away?

Not without a limit. The terms cap what you can withdraw from cashback at 5 times the bonus. A wagering figure for cashback is not given in the pages we read, so ask before you rely on it.

  • Do VIP players have higher withdrawal limits?

The blog says Platinum has no fixed monthly limit. The terms give €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month and say VIP limits differ, with no figures. See the withdrawal page for the two sets of rules.

  • Can UK players join Rolletto VIP?

Not through the site at the moment. A UK connection got an access-restricted page on 17 October 2026, so there is no way to play, qualify or claim. Our login page covers existing balances.
