Cosmobet review: the sports-first sister site of Rolletto

Cosmobet runs on the same rule template as Rolletto, but its menu leans towards sport and its inactivity rule is far kinder. We read its general terms and its promotions page from Ireland on 17 October 2026. This review scores what those documents commit the site to.

Short answer

Cosmobet is a sports-led casino whose terms match Rolletto's on withdrawal limits and excluded countries, but give an idle account a full 365 days instead of 60. We rate it 3.2 out of 5 because the limits are written in figures while the only licence is Rolletto's offshore one, held by Santeda International B.V. in Curaçao. The UK is not on its excluded list, yet on 17 October 2026 the site blocked our UK connection.

Pros

  • Withdrawal caps stated as euro amounts, not left to support
  • 365 days before an account counts as dormant, the longest window among the sisters
  • Predictions and Tournaments sit in the menu next to sport and casino
  • Promotions page carries prize-led sports offers with refunds on lost bets

Cons

  • No operator name in the terms, only «us» and «the Company»
  • Wins above €15,000 are paid in monthly instalments, not at once
  • Excluded list includes the Netherlands, Lithuania, Georgia, the USA and Curaçao

How we arrived at 3.2 out of 5

We do not play at the sites we review. The score counts what the documents say and whether the site can be held to it. Cosmobet earns a notch more than Rolletto's 3.1 for one reason: its dormancy rule is milder. It does not earn more, because the same gap remains where the company's name should be.

Why it counts as a Rolletto sister

Cosmobet and Rolletto are brands of one Curaçao company. Opened from Germany on 17 October 2026, Cosmobet's footer names Santeda International B.V., company number 151296, with Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, word for word as on Rolletto. The terms themselves refer only to «us». What the documents do show is a shared template. The withdrawal clause gives the same weekly and monthly figures. The same instalment rule applies to big wins. The list of countries where players are refused matches the Rolletto and Velobet text word for word. The other differences are small but real, and our sister sites page lays the whole group side by side.

What the terms commit Cosmobet to

Withdrawals. €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month. Anything won above €15,000 is paid out in monthly parts of that size. If you plan to cash out a large win, read this clause before you stake anything.

Dormant accounts. The terms count an account as dormant after 365 days without a login. Rolletto charges 20% of the balance a month once 60 days have passed, so the difference is large for anyone who plays a few times a year. We did not record the exact fee Cosmobet applies after the 365 days, so read that clause before relying on the longer window.

Excluded countries. Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and countries on the FATF black list. The United Kingdom is not named. That tells you what the terms say, not what the site does with a UK connection.

Sports first: the menu and the promotions

On 17 October the menu read Sports, Live, E-sports, Live Casino, Casino, Mini Games, Virtual sport, Racing, Predictions, Tournaments (marked New) and Promotions. Sport leads, and casino comes after e-sports. The header carries a «Forgot Password?» link beside the login; we did not see that link in the Rolletto header on the same day.

Cosmobet promotions page with European Cups Festival and Rugby League World Cup offers
Cosmobet promotions on 17 October 2026, led by sports offers; the menu adds Predictions and Tournaments.

The promotions page was built around events rather than a single welcome package. We saw the European Cups Festival, with cash prizes, gifts and a leaderboard that adds 200% to express odds; a Rugby League World Cup offer that returns money on lost bets; and pages for British Champions Day and the Shanghai Masters. The amounts sit mostly on banner images, and we did not find wagering figures for these offers in the text we read. If you want a casino package with a three-stage structure and stated wagering, the Rolletto welcome bonus page shows what that looks like, and our betting guide explains how freebet rules usually cut into sports offers.

Cosmobet and the United Kingdom

Rolletto sends UK connections to an access-restricted page. Cosmobet's terms do not list the UK either, and it does the same. On 17 October 2026 a UK connection was redirected to /noaccess, where a «Location check» row reads «United Kingdom» next to a red «Not supported» label. The page is almost a twin of Rolletto's, down to the wording, which is one more sign of a shared template. Our Rolletto login page shows the original.

Verdict

Cosmobet is a readable, sport-led offshore site. The euro limits and the 365-day dormancy rule are real advantages over its sister Rolletto. The missing operator name, the instalment rule for big wins and the unchecked UK status keep it at 3.2 out of 5. If your main interest is how the group handles money, start with the Rolletto review and compare.

Questions about Rolletto

  • Is Cosmobet a sister site of Rolletto?

Review sites say both belong to one operator. The brands' own documents do not name a company, but the withdrawal figures match and the excluded-country list is the same wording. See our sister sites page for the evidence.

  • Is Cosmobet legit?

It publishes limits and account rules in figures, which is more than some offshore sites do. Its footer names Santeda International B.V. and a Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/1798/1048; the terms only say «us». We treat it as an offshore casino and rate it 3.2 out of 5.

  • What is the Cosmobet withdrawal limit?

The terms set €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month. A win over €15,000 is paid in parts of €15,000 a month. Compare that with the Rolletto withdrawal page, which has the same caps.

  • When does a Cosmobet account become dormant?

After 365 days without a login. Rolletto uses 60 days and Goldenbet and MyStake use 12 months, so Cosmobet is the most forgiving of the group on paper.

  • Can UK players use Cosmobet?

The UK is not on the list of excluded countries in its terms. In practice they cannot: on 17 October 2026 a UK connection got «Access Restricted In Your Region» with «United Kingdom — Not supported». Rolletto blocks the UK the same way, as the login page explains.

  • What is different about the Cosmobet menu?

It adds Predictions and Tournaments between Racing and Promotions, and the header shows a «Forgot Password?» link. Rolletto's menu has leaderboards instead and no Predictions entry.
