Licence and ownership: a Curaçao company, not a UK one

The licence line depends on where you look. Opened from Germany on 17 October 2026, the footer carries a paragraph above the copyright line: rolletto.com is operated by Santeda International B.V., a Curaçao company with number 151296, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) under OGL/2024/1798/1048. A second company, Santeda International Limited in Limassol, Cyprus, acts as payment agent. The footer we read from Ireland earlier that day did not show this paragraph to us, and the terms and conditions still call the operator only «us» or «the Company».

This matters in one specific situation: when a withdrawal is refused. With a licensed casino you can escalate to the regulator or its dispute service. With Rolletto, the last step written into the rules is an email to [email protected] within two months of the incident. After that, the only authority named anywhere is the Curaçao regulator from the footer, not a UK body.

The usual outside check is missing too. On 17 October 2026 Rolletto's Trustpilot address showed «This profile has been removed», with Trustpilot saying the business goes against its guidelines. Games and sections

The top menu, seen from Ireland, runs: Slot Leaderboard, Sports Leaderboard, Sports, Live, Esports, Live Casino, Casino, Mini Games, Virtual sports, Racing and Promotions. The lobby opens with three rows: popular casino games, mini games and popular live tables.

On the day we looked, those rows showed titles such as Sun of Egypt 2, Lucky Trio Pots, 3 Coin Volcanoes, Aviamasters, Football Plinko, Magic Wheel, Rush Roulette, Big Bang Roulette and Bar Blackjack 5. The free spins in the welcome offer are credited on a title called Rolletto Luck Bonus Buy, and the blog codes use Aztec Magic Megaways from BGaming. The terms mention NetEnt games, which are switched off for the USA, Curaçao and the Netherlands.

We did not count the catalogue game by game. Rolletto does not publish a total, and figures quoted on other review sites are not something we can confirm. What we could count is the provider filter, which is the better guide to variety anyway.

Slot studios

Opened from Germany on 17 October 2026, the casino lobby's provider filter listed about 85 studios. The familiar names are there: Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, Amatic, Wazdan, Endorphina, BGaming, Playson, PG Soft, Push Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, ELK Studios, Blueprint Gaming, Booongo, Habanero, Spinomenal and Realtime Gaming. Most of the rest are smaller studios such as Thunderspin, Mancala Gaming, SmartSoft, Slotmill, Gamzix, Onlyplay and OptiPlay. The lobby can be sorted into popular slots, bonus buy, Megaways, jackpot games and new games.

Live casino

The live section names 13 studios: Pragmatic Play, Imagine Live, Playtech Live, ICONIC21, LuckyStreak, PatePlay, SA Gaming, Winfinity Live, Platipus Live, Asiagaming, Betgames, XProGaming and 7Mojos. Evolution is missing from that filter bar, yet its tables are there: the game list Rolletto served to Germany on 17 October 2026 held 572 live tables, 120 of them from Evolution, including Lightning Roulette and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette. We could not check this from the UK, where the site is blocked. The tables are grouped as roulette, blackjack, game shows, poker and baccarat.

Sports and the rest

Bonus terms that decide what an offer is worth

Rolletto's bonuses are generous on paper and strict in the small print. Four rules matter more than the headline percentages.

Wagering counts deposit plus bonus. The first two welcome deposits carry 40 times wagering on the sum of both, the third carries 30 times. A £100 first deposit with the 150% bonus gives £250 to play with and a target of £10,000 in bets.

Five days. Every stage of the package, and the crypto welcome bonus, has to be wagered within five days.

One balance. Bonus money and real money are not separated. Cancelling the bonus through chat removes the bonus, everything won with it and the bets placed since activation.

Cashout caps. From a deposit bonus you can withdraw at most 10 times the deposit that triggered it. From free spins, freebets and no-deposit offers the cap is €100, and cashback is capped at 5 times its value.

Payments and how fast the money moves

The footer shows Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, Dash, Monero, Interac, Payop, MiFinity, AstroPay and Jeton. The terms add GBP, EUR, USD, AUD and BRL as account currencies, plus Bitcoin Cash among the crypto ones.

Speed depends on the method. The official blog lists crypto at 5–15 minutes, Skrill and Neteller at up to 24 hours and cards or bank transfers at 1–3 business days; the terms promise payment within three banking days in general. Withdrawals return to the method used for the deposit, and banks in the middle of a transfer may take up to €16.

Two fees are easy to overlook. If you withdraw a deposit without wagering it at least once, Rolletto keeps 20% of it. Registration and mobile play

Signing up takes one form: username, email, password, country, currency and phone number, with an optional promo code field. Two tick boxes follow, and the marketing one is already ticked, so untick it if you do not want offers by email and SMS. From then on you log in with the username, not the email. Account rules worth knowing before you sign up

• One account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Identity documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script; anything else can trigger a video check, and you have 30 days to supply what is asked.
• After 60 days without a login the account is treated as dormant, and 20% of the balance is charged every month.
• Players from Russia and Belarus cannot be paid: their accounts are closed and balances held.

For a UK reader the review ends at one fact: the site does not open. Since at least 17 October 2026 a UK connection lands on «Access Restricted In Your Region», which hides the lobby, the cashier and the login alike. Rolletto's published list of excluded countries does not include the UK, so the block runs on the casino's general right to refuse players. Verdict

Where it opens, Rolletto is a broad casino and sportsbook that puts its withdrawal ceilings, bonus caps and fees in writing, and its crypto payouts are quick by the blog's own figures. What it does not put in writing is the most important thing: who you are dealing with and which regulator stands behind them.
