Why it counts as a Rolletto sister

The family link no longer rests on other review sites. Opened from Germany on 17 October 2026, Goldenbet's footer says the site is owned and operated by Santeda International B.V., company number 151296, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/1798/1048: the same company and the same licence as Rolletto. The terms themselves still use only the generic «operated by us» wording.

What we can document is the text. Goldenbet's general terms cap withdrawals at 7,500€ per 7 days and 15,000€ per 30 days, the figures Rolletto uses, and both say a win above €15,000 is paid at €15,000 a month. The promotions page sits at the same /static/promos address as Rolletto's. Matching paragraphs show a shared template; they do not prove shared ownership. What Goldenbet does differently

The idle rule. Rolletto treats an account as dormant after 60 days without a login, the shortest in the group. Goldenbet waits 12 months. For someone who plays in bursts, that is the biggest practical difference between the two.

The country list. Goldenbet bans the USA, Dutch West Indies, Curaçao, the OFAC sanctions list and Russia. Rolletto's list is longer and names Lithuania, the Netherlands and Georgia. The United Kingdom is on neither list.

Spins without wagering. Rolletto's welcome spins and daily spins sit inside bonus rules with a €100 withdrawal cap. Goldenbet's banner advertises something simpler: 200 free spins every Thursday and Friday, without wagering. The title shown on the banner is Hot Chilli Bells.

The menu, seen from Ireland, runs Sports, In-play, Racing, Virtual sport, E-sports, Casino, Live casino, Instant and Promotions. The promotions page showed these offers on the day:

• Sports Cashback: 20% on any bets.
• Saturday Freebet: 20.

• Horse Racing: listed as its own promotion.

The general terms hold two rules that matter once you win. First, the amounts: 7,500€ in any 7 days and 15,000€ in any 30 days. Second, a win above €15,000 is not paid at once but in parts of €15,000 a month. Goldenbet and the United Kingdom

Goldenbet's list of banned countries does not include the United Kingdom, yet the site does not serve UK visitors. On 17 October 2026 a UK connection was redirected to /noaccess, a page with a Union Jack under a red stop sign and the line «We are sorry, but Goldenbet is not available in your country». Only a support email is left on it. The country list in the terms and the location check on the site tell two different stories, and for a UK reader the location check is the one that counts. Verdict

Goldenbet gives you a Rolletto-shaped product with a gentler idle rule, wager-free spins twice a week and weekly limits written in figures. It shares Rolletto's biggest weakness: neither the terms nor the footer tells you who the operator is. A 3.3 out of 5 reflects that mix. If a casino's published rules are your yardstick, it edges ahead of its sister; if a named licence is your yardstick, neither passes.

• Is Goldenbet the same company as Rolletto?

  Third-party review sites name one operator behind both, but neither brand prints that name in its own rules, so we cannot confirm it. What we can show is matching text: the same €7,500 and €15,000 limits and the same rule for wins above €15,000. Our sister sites page lists the matches.
