Rolletto verification and KYC for the UK

Rolletto asks for three documents before it pays out, gives you 30 days to supply what it requests, and has a short list of things that make a check fail. This page sets out the list, the rules around it and the gaps in what Rolletto publishes, for a UK reader who is either holding an old account or comparing casinos.

Short answer

Rolletto's official blog names three documents: a photo ID, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and a photo of the payment card with the middle digits covered. The terms add that documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script or a video check can be requested, and that you have 30 days to provide them. From a UK connection the account area cannot be opened, so an old account has to be raised with [email protected].

The three documents the blog names

Rolletto's official blog, in its page about withdrawal times, lists what the casino wants in order to verify an account. There are three items and no more:

  • A photo ID. The blog does not specify which kinds. A passport or driving licence are the usual choices at casinos, but Rolletto does not say so on the pages we read.
  • Proof of address. A utility bill or a bank statement.
  • A photo of the payment card. The middle digits must be covered, so only the first and last few remain visible.

The card photo is the only item tied to a payment method. A card withdrawal goes back to the same card, which is why the casino wants to see that the card is yours.

We read the blog and the terms on 17 October 2026. The terms and the promotions page opened from an Irish connection, since a UK connection gets only the access-restricted page. We did not submit documents to Rolletto, so this is a reading of its published rules, not a record of a check.

Rolletto registration form with username, email, password, country, currency and phone fields
The Rolletto sign-up form, opened from Ireland on 17 October 2026: username, email, password, country, currency, phone, an «I Have Promo» link and a marketing box that is already ticked.

When the check happens

The sign-up form asks for no documents. It takes a username, an email, a password, a phone number and the two tick boxes, as the registration guide sets out. Verification comes later, and the blog places it in the withdrawal route: you ask for a payout, Rolletto runs an internal check, and only then does processing begin. That is the stage where the blog says documents are checked.

The terms give you 30 days to provide what is requested. Take a request that arrives on 1 March: the 30th day is 31 March. If you miss it, the terms as we read them do not state the consequence, so do not wait to find out. Rolletto does not publish how long the check itself takes.

For bigger sums there is more. According to the blog, a withdrawal above €5,000 is subject to an additional check. A win of €6,000 would therefore meet two reviews: the usual one, and the extra one above the line. The terms do not repeat that threshold, so it is Rolletto's description of its practice, not a written promise.

Five things that stall a check

Rolletto does not publish a list of rejection reasons. These are the places where its written rules and blog make a snag likely.

  1. Documents in the wrong script. The terms accept Latin or Cyrillic. Anything else, and Rolletto may ask for a video verification. A passport in another alphabet is not refused outright, but expect a call or video.
  2. A card photo that shows too much. The blog asks for the middle digits to be covered. A photo with every digit visible is a security problem for you and is not what Rolletto described.
  3. A second account. The terms allow one account per person, per household and per IP address. If a flatmate or relative already plays, a second registration from the same connection can put both accounts at risk.
  4. A different method out than in. Withdrawals go back by the method used to deposit. Request a payout to a card you did not pay with and the request has no reason to pass. See the withdrawal page for the limits behind this.
  5. A date you ignore. The 30-day window does not pause. If you cannot reach a document, tell support before the date, not after.

The terms also say that in a case of fraud, Rolletto may return the deposit minus 20%, and that closing an account can cost up to 50% of the remaining deposit as a fee. We read these as reasons not to stretch the facts on a form. Give the same name, address and date of birth everywhere, since a mismatch is the quickest way to invite questions, though Rolletto does not say so.

Where verification pays you back

One promotion rewards the check itself. On the promotions page, «Verify your email» asks you to confirm your email address and submit a document. A promo code then arrives in your Rolletto inbox and gives free spins. The number is not in what we read. The codes published on the blog are on our promo code page, and none of them is tied to verification.

Verification also pays back in time. Rolletto does not say so, but with the check already done the only stage left is processing, and that is the one whose speed the blog does quote: 5 to 15 minutes for crypto, up to 24 hours for Skrill and Neteller. If you intend to withdraw at all, sending documents when asked, rather than when the money is waiting, takes the 30-day question off the table.

Countries where it does not matter

Two cases make verification irrelevant. Players in Russia and Belarus cannot be paid: the terms close the accounts and hold the balance. Rolletto also refuses a list of countries at registration, including the Netherlands, Lithuania, Georgia and the USA, and deposit bonuses are closed to Thailand, Finland and Japan. The UK is not on the terms' list, but the site blocks UK connections by location, so the question of documents does not arise there today.

If you are in the UK with an account

The access-restricted page of 17 October 2026 contains no login and no document upload. The only contact on it is [email protected]. If you hold an old account, write from the registered email, give the username, and ask what is outstanding and how Rolletto wants it sent. Do not send passports or cards through chat apps, links in messages or anyone who writes to you first; send them only through the channel support names. Rolletto does not publish response times, so keep dated copies of what you send. The channels are compared on our customer support page.

Questions about Rolletto

  • What documents does Rolletto ask for?

The blog lists a photo ID, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement) and a photo of the card you paid with, with the middle digits covered. The terms do not give a longer list, and we found no list of accepted file types.

  • How long does Rolletto verification take?

Rolletto does not publish a review time. The blog describes withdrawal as three stages, request, internal check and processing, and the terms promise payment within 3 banking days. Whether the check is inside or before that period is not stated.

  • How long do I have to send the documents?

30 days, according to the terms. It is not clear from the wording we read whether the clock starts at registration or at the moment Rolletto asks, so treat the date of the request as the start and answer sooner.

  • Why was my Rolletto verification rejected?

Rolletto does not publish rejection reasons. The written rules point to documents in a script other than Latin or Cyrillic, which can trigger a video check, to a second account in one household or on one IP address, and to a payment method that does not match the one used to deposit. Ask support to name the rule in writing.

  • Do I need to verify to claim free spins?

One offer rewards it. The promotions page lists «Verify your email»: confirm the email and submit a document, and a promo code arrives in your Rolletto inbox for free spins. The amount is not stated in the summary we read, so check the free spins page and the offer itself.

  • Can I verify a Rolletto account from the UK?

Not through the site. On 17 October 2026 a UK connection was shown an access-restricted page with no account area. Write to [email protected] and see our Rolletto login guide for the steps.
